1. Custom printing = no returns
Since we manufacture items like business cards, banners, stickers, and boxes based on the customer's specific designs or names, returns or exchanges are not accepted once printing is complete. Please double-check your design before confirming the order.
2. When do we issue refunds?
A 100% refund is issued only in these 3 cases:
- Our error: Spelling mistakes, incorrect colors, or wrong sizes in the print that do not match the approved design.
- Damaged delivery: If the goods are broken or torn during courier transit. You must submit an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery.
- Order cancellation: Full refund if cancelled before production begins. A 50% charge will be deducted if cancellation occurs after production has started.
3. Refund process
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (Paytm, UPI, or bank transfer).
4. Reprint policy
If the error is ours, we will provide a free reprint and cover the shipping charges; you will not have to pay any extra amount.
5. Claim period
Please email photos or videos to imprintapvtltd139@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
